Family Federation for World Peace and Unification Founder Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon is giving the keynote address at the “HJ Peace Loving Festival, Kanagawa” held at the Makuhari Messe in Chiba Prefecture, Japan, on October 15.

Family Federation for World Peace and Unification Founder Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon entreated Japanese citizens to overcome the widespread epidemic of family breakdown through the Hyojeong Culture, and make efforts towards reconciliation and peace between Korea and Japan.

FFWPU revealed that it held the “HJ Peace Loving Festival, Kanagawa” at the Makuhari Messe International Exhibition Hall in Chiba Prefecture close to the Tokyo metropolis in Japan, on October 15 at 2pm.

According to FFWPU, led by Founder Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon, FFWPU VIPs including FFWPU International President Sun-Jin Moon, Women’s Federation for World Peace International President Yeon-Ah Moon, National Blessed Families Association Chairman Yong-Cheon Song and FFWPU Japan Chairman Eiji Tokuno. Japanese VIPs from politics, economics, religion and the media, including over twenty National Diet and local congressmen, as well as Christian, Buddhist and Shinto religious leaders, fifteen diplomats of various nations to Japan, Peace Ambassadors, NGO representatives and FFWPU members, totaling to over 10,000, were all in attendance. Among these attendees, over 2,500 were youth and students, who would lead the way for the future.

Founder Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon, through her keynote address under the topic, “The Truth of History and Japan’s Mission Viewed from Heaven’s Providence of the New Age,” she stated that “The world as we know it today is in a dismal and dark state,“ and further emphasized, “Without knowing the Creator God, there are no answers to the issues to be resolved. We must establish the peaceful world of God’s desire.”

Mrs. Moon especially described Japan as the “world’s mother nation,” and ordered her to befittingly carry out her responsibility and role as such.

 “Japan, as the world’s mother nation, has a responsibility. Even in the outside world, the mother offers her complete devotion for the success and happiness of her children. Even more so, in front of humanity, the mother unconditionally carries out her mission of fulfilling God’s dream, as well as the hope of humanity. Wise people must acknowledge their mistakes. Only then, can they take a new leap forward.”

Mrs. Moon further emphasized, “FFWPU (Japan) youth and students are establishing families through the foundation of Hyojeong Culture, going beyond race, nationality and language. They are being cultivated as global citizens not only for Japan, but for the world. Once these types of families spread and proliferate throughout the world, the ideal of ‘One Family Under God’ can be established, and a true world of peace will be attainable.”

Family Federation for World Peace and Unification International President Sun-Jin Moon is giving the introduction of the keynote speaker, Founder Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon, at the “HJ Peace Loving Festival, Kanagawa” held at the Makuhari Messe International Exhibition Hall in Chiba prefecture, Japan, on October 15.

FFWPU Japan President Eiji Tokuno explained, “Founder Rev. Sun Myung Moon was even tortured by the Japanese police during the period of Japanese occupation. However, Founders Rev. Sun Myung Moon and Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon have sincerely lived and practiced their teaching of ‘loving one’s enemies,’ even sending missionaries to Japan. We have come to hold this rally to inherit such spirit of Hyojeong.”

President Tokuno continued, “53.5% of all crimes committed in Japan are due to family-related issues, and one in three couples in Japan are getting divorced. We plan on educating the Hyojeong spirit as the fundamental measure for resolving family problems, while reeducating the importance of the family to youth, who have negative views on marriage. Going further, we will provide a vision for Japan in which she must seek not the interests of herself, but those of Asia and the world.”
