First prize of ‘Seoul Arts Center Art Award,’ KBS Symphonie Orchestra and Universal Ballet among Winners

The Seoul Arts Center held the “4^th Seoul Arts Center Art Award” in the concert hall of the Seoul Arts Center, on the 7^th of this month, representing the winners from 11 areas.

Winners of the grand prize are as follows: “KBS Symphonic Orchestra, 721th regular concert” (area of Orchestral Music), “Pianist Hye-Seon Baek, Recital” (Solo), “Ansan City Choir, 11^th Commemoratory Invitation Concert of the World Choir Symposium of Barcelona, Spain” (Choir), “Ballet of Universal Ballet ‘This is Modern’” (Performance). Rookie Artist Award, Pianist Seon-Woo Ye-Kwon. Acting Award, Pak-Chan Jeon of the play “The Girl in the Last Row.” Directing Award, Go Dong-Hyeon Kim and Won-Jeong Son, directors of the play “The Girl in The Last Row.”...

The Seoul Arts Center held the “4^th Seoul Arts Center Art Award” in the concert hall of the Seoul Arts Center, on the 7^th of this month. The winners from a total of 11 areas were presented.

The grand prize and first prize for area of “Exhibition” were not distributed due to a lack of content provided for evaluation.

A prize money of 7 million won (about $7,000) was given for the first prize. The grand prize money for each area reached to 5 million won (about $5,000).....
