On June 5, the Foundation for the Support of HSA-UWC (hereinafter referred to as the Tongil Foundation) revealed that Kim Seok-Byeong has been appointed as the new CEO.
Kim Seok-Byeong held prior positions such as Secretary General of the Jeonam-Gwanju office of the Citizen’s Federation for the Unification of Korea, Pastor of the FFWPU Seocho parish, Director of the Student Office and Cultural Office at the FFWPU headquarters, CEO of Pyongil Communications and CEO of the Hyo Jeong Global Tongil Foundation.
In his inaugural address, Kim Seok-Byeong explained, “My management policy is to realize self-reliance of the Tongil Foundation and to create more profit for affiliated companies, to reinforce the employees’ management ability, to organize a group management committee and advisory committee, as well as to manage a system where CEOs of affiliated companies are accountable.”
