Chae-Yoon Park, who finished with a total of 13-under-par 203, shared the lead with Jin-Sun Han, Hye-Jin Kim 3 and Jung-Min Jo until she won the extended match.
At the time, Chae-Yoon Park seemed to be getting farther from her championship, due to her mistakes in her double bogey on the 3rd hole. However, she was not shaken by it and hit continuous birdies in the 6th and 7th holes and ended the first half of the game.
