[Cheonji Ilbo]  The 1st National Children of Multicultural Families Writing Contest' co-sponsored by the National Campaign for a Strong Korea and UPF was held in the Dowon Building Main Hall.

The National Campaign for a Strong Korea (CEO: Yong Su Seol) and the UPF (CEO: Jeong Ro Yun) confirms the pride that children should have in loving nation as multicultural children. A writing contest sponsored by the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs and the SegyeIlbo was held in the hopes that the culture can be spread. Hyo-jong Kim, the Korea Multicultural Family Support Center Federation President said in his congratulatory address that "ongoing interest and support is required for children growing up in multicultural families to take pride in their identity" and added "uplifting the proper view of the nation and for multicultural families to feel pride, and so I would like to thank the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs and the National Campaign for a Strong Korea for preparing an opportunity to spread a culture of patriotism.
