Yong Pyong Resort has added fresh herb breads to the menu, with catchy names such as Slender Berry Herb Bread, Gentle Shepherd's Purse Bread, Mugwort Rice Cake Bread and Black Ink Wild Chive Bread.

You can get Slender Berry Herb Bread with cream cheese, or have blueberry sauce on your Herb Bread. The Gentle Shepherd's Purse Bread a healthy bread, loaded with shepherd's purse and filled with soft cream, in soft cream. The Mugwort Rice Cake Bread is round like Hodeok, with lots of mugwort in the dough, and a center filled with glutinous rice. The Black Ink Wild Chive Bread is healthy bread made with squid ink and cheese with the savory flavor of wild chives. The wild chives give it warm and spicy flavor, while at the same time they play the role of 'junior garlic' providing vitamin C and helping to prevent aging. Wild chives are also very good for woman with their warm temperaments, and also has calcium to combat anemia.

These four breads will be available for only three weeks starting from May 19 at the first floor lounge of the Dragon Valley Hotel at Yong Pyong Resort. The breads are priced for between 2,500 and 3,500 won each, and are also available as part of special hotel stay packages including a night's stay at the Hotel, which are priced from 85,500 won to 97,500 won. Friday - Saturday two night packages are 152,500 won.
