[Newsis] “Grand Start for Peace in Northeast Asia”
On the afternoon of the 1th : Photo taken at the Amnok Riverside in China with the actor Song Il-Kuk participating in the Cheonsan-Ri Historical Race and the participants of the Peace Bike 2014 (Peace Bike Race for North and South Unification and Peace in Northeast Asia) cosponsored by the Universal Peace Federation and the Peace and Unification Federation. This event was organized by college-aged second generation leaders from Korea and Japan as a project that strives for the unification of North and South Korea, which is the key to the settlement of peace in Northeast Asia. This project was implemented to promote peace in Northeast Asia through historical education, as well as to create a social atmosphere supportive of the Unification of North and South Korea. July 1st: The university students from Korea and Japan, as well as other participants of the Peace Bike 2014 cosponsored by the Universal Peace Federation and the Peace and Unification Federation, are shouting “fighting!” on the road near the Amnok riverside in Dandong, China, before riding their bicycles in hopes for the Unification of North and South Korea and Peace in Northeast Asia. This event was organized by college-aged second generation leaders from Korea and Japan as a project that strives toward the unification of North and South Korea, which is the key to the settlement of peace in Northeast Asia.
