The Family Federation for World Peace and Unification has generously contributed 2,000,000,000 won of scholarships for the training of talented individuals in Gapyeong-gun, Gyeonggi, in the name of Dr. Hak Ja Han.

At the donation delivery ceremony held at the county office of Gapyeong on this day, Tongil Group Chairman Yun-Ki Choi delivered the scholarships to Governor Seong-Gee Kim in the place of Dr. Hak Ja Han.

Here Chairman Choi said, “Dr. Hak Ja Han has decided to donate these scholarships in order to help students living in Gaypeong that either have good grades or who’s family circumstances are bad, so that they could be trained into talented individuals and establish correct values.”

Governor Kim welcomed this, saying, “I am truly thankful to Dr. Hak Ja Han for generously contributing the scholarships for the training of talented individuals in the area. We shall use the scholarships for the training of individuals that are to lead our bright future.”

Dr. Hak Ja Han knows that at the Cheong Jeong Gung Museum, which exhibits the articles of the founder of the Family Federation, Reverend Sun Myung Moon, (1920~2012), and at the Cheongshim International Hospital, Cheongshim Peace World Center, Cheongshim International Middle and High School, Cheongshim Youth Training Center, Heavenly Cheong Pyeong Training Center, and other Family Federation major facilities, which all are in Gapyeong-gun, many scholarships are being given to students in the fields of specialties, welfare and environment, in order to train talented individuals, and has decided to add her strength to the movement.

Other than that, through the Wonmo Pyeongae Foundation, Dr. Hak Ja Han has been unfolding various scholarship programs for domestic and international students, in order to train global talented individuals, delivering yearly scholarships that add up to 10,000,000,000 won.
