It is not easy to develop economic power through business. Nonetheless, all of the affiliates have come to the end of the first half, by the end of June, without any serious problems. In the second half of the year, executives such as CEOs and CFOs should be aware of the reality and find out the potential of their employees to achieve their target performance.” He also urged, “GE Chairman Jack Welch always asked when hiring executives, whether the relationship between the couples are good. It has been found that the efficiency of the business increases when the home is stable. Let us make a culture that creates a happy family within our Tongil Group executives.”
