20 new employees took part in the 3rd Tongil Group education for new employees held from January 9th 2013 (Wed) through the 16th (Wed) at the Yongpyeong Resort. The new employees hired this time around plan to start working in a total of 8 places (Ilhwa, Yongpyeong Resort, Segye Ilbo, TIC, Shinjeong Development, Ilsang Ocean Development , Il Shin Stone, Sunwon Construction).

The education consisted of education about the group vision and history, and education on the personnel management system, education on the results management system, an introduction to the subsidiareis, an on-site trip to the subsidiaries and an of experience working a normal day, and a team project of developing a UCC video. Through teamwork recreation and a Yongpyong ski/snowboard experience they were able to experience education, but have fun at the same time.
