Historically, there are traces of General Lee Sun-shin throughout the southern coast of Jeolla, and last year's expo in Yeosu, Jeollanam-do was in the world's spotlight, the location of Ilsang Ocean Development (The Ocean Resort).

On April 18th (Thurs) Chairman No Hi Pak visited beautiful Yeosu, where past and future come together in beautiful harmony. After receiving a report on The Ocean Resort and sharing the sales status and future goals, he inspected The Ocean Country Club. While carrying out an inspection with President Chang Ju Jeong, he praised employees on their quality of management and encouraged their development.

The Ocean Resort operates a waterpark on the southern coast Hallyeo Waterway, 128 condominium rooms, a convention center (seating for 1,500), 137 five star hotel rooms, and The Ocean Country Club in the Hwayang Region, including an18 hole public golf course.
