Hoondokhae was held on Monday, February 2^nd, 2015 at 9:00 AM. The Cheon Seong Gyeong was read on the 13^th floor auditorium among a crowd of about 40 people, including the Foundation Director and Secretary General.

Tongil Foundation Director Jeong-Soon Jo urged Foundation executives to work harder in the coming spring.

After Hoondokhae, Tongil Foundation management innovation team hosted the Six Sigma and Belt Certification Ceremony and the Financial Performance Awards Ceremony.

Six people participated in the latter half of 2014 task announcement: Administrative Support Team Leader Yong-Sun Park, Deputy Joong-On Jung, Personnel Management Office Section Chief Joon-Seok Lee, Property Management Office Deputy Ji-Seok Moon, Section Chief Ki-Tae Kwon and Section Chief Dong-Shik Jang.

The Belt Certification and Financial Performance Awards Ceremony were then held.

In the Belt Certification Ceremony, Team Leader Yong-San Park was awarded with the 5^th level Black Belt, Deputy Joon-On Jung was awarded with a 28^th level Green Belt, Section Chief Jung-Hee Kim was awarded with 29^th place and Deputy Department Head In-Soo Kim was awarded with 30^th place.

In the Financial Performance Awards Ceremony, the participation prize for the 2015 Six Sigma Festival Task Contest was awarded to the “Plan for the Busan Beomcheon Vacant Buildings.” The plan for the vacant buildings in Beomcheon, Busan was successful and yielded a tidy profit.

The event was completed with the Financial Performance Awards Ceremony.
