At 3 pm on April 13^th, in the conference room of the Kang-Buk KT Headquarters, Seilo Representative Sung-Bun Yoo, East Branch General Manager Kun-Ho Kim, substituting for KT President Chang-Kyu Hwang and other major personnel from both companies, held a meeting to discuss and establish strategic collaboration on the smart building enterprise and related enterprises.

Since April, 2014, for a period of one year, the two companies established the TFT in order to discover enterprises, and have discussed ideas and research development in related fields on numerous occasions. Through this, and based on the energy efficiency enterprise, which has recently become a national issue, they produced the smart building enterprise.

The two companies also revealed that, hereafter, through this business cooperation, they plan to develop energy efficiency enterprises, various types of facilities’ management control and parking management system in the smart building enterprise field, and apart from that, it also plans to offer services and develop solutions, as well as IT-related enterprises in various fields.

The team leader Hyung-Jun Kwon, who is in charge of this Seilo enterprise stated that “By marketing Seilo’s strengths, such as its off-line base of building management know-how and KT’s strengths, such as its loT base of IT solution, we want to move forward in creating a successful model enterprise.

Furthermore, the KT officials promised that “We will make efforts in sustainable research development in order to develop both companies’ enterprises. We will also work hard to discover projects where both companies can collaborate to advance their strategic enterprises.”

The Service Enterprise team has signed a new contract with the Bando Hospital and Cleaning Service.

The duration of the contract is for one year from April 1st, 2015 to March 31st, 2016. Starting rom April, they have commenced the transfer of service duties, and are currently conducting full-scale duties.
