At 3:00 PM on April 28th at the Seilo Headquarters Meeting Room, Seilo Representative Seong-Bin Yoo and Darae Park Tech Representative Ho-Jeong Kim entered into a business agreement for the construction of a joint parking building and maintenance of said building. The agreement promised the beginning of a close friendship and cooperation between the two companies, and was sanctioned before key personnel of both companies. Darae Park Tech is a company which constructs parking facilities, performs consultations, installs systems, performs maintenance and even provides joint management for parking lots. The company developed a cutting-edge “smart parking system” and is the number one parking company in the Republic of Korea.
In the agreement made on this day, Seilo agreed to contribute its know-how of offline building management, and Darae Park Tech agreed to graft its technologies of parking lot installations and management solutions to the existing building. He also agreed to collaborate on the new annex parking lot and marketing for the new building. “I hope that both Seilo and Darae Park Tech can bring our strong points to the table through this agreement, and that we can create a successful model of business through this project,” said Seilo Manager Jong-Seon Seong. “We will work hard to research for the development of the business of both companies, and we will not miss a beat in advancing our development together,” said a representative of Darae Park Tech. |
