The dedication of the Mok-dong “Elbon Grand Cafe,” was held on November 12 at 11 AM on the Mok-dong Hyundai Department Store's 6^th floor. Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon and FFWPU International President Sun Jin Moon attended the event.

The dedication ceremony began with an offering of flowers and Family Federation for World Peace and Unification Korea President Kyeung-Seuk Ryu's representative prayer. This was followed by the cutting of the congratulatory cake by Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon and International President Sun Jin Moon.

Elbon CEO gave a business progress report saying, “Elbon is developing into one of the core establishments that is leading the new vision of the CheongShim. Recently, The Elbon, The Table especially, has been leading the paradigm of food service in Korea. Based on this, we launched Elbon Grand café, which will be a casual brand of Elbon, The Table, so that it can appeal to more people. In September, we opened the first branch in Daejeon. Based on this, today, we are opening the second branch of Elbon Grand Cafe in the capital, and hope to become leaders in the food service industry throughout Korea and propose a new direction for the future.”

Participants celebrated the opening of the Mok-dong Elbon Grand Cafe with cheers led by Japanese President Yong-Chung Song. Then Elbon, The Table’s Top Chef Hyun-Seok Choi explained the menu at the Elbon Grand Cafe. The ceremony ended with three cheers of Eok Mansei led by the Cheong Pyeong Heaven and Earth Training Center Director Ki-Seong Lee.

Elbon is divided into three different industries; department store, home shopping and food services. One of Elbon's goals for food service is to expand the number of Elbon Grand Cafes to 25 branches by 2020.

We are excited to see Elbon develop into a business that changes the food service dynamics here in Korea.
